If your ticket or email requires further assistance from a server administrator, we’ll without delay forward it and leave a comment to let you know that your issue is being worked on. If you make use of the Managed Servers package, any of the server management tasks included there will be executed at a time of your preference.

Our help desk support team will be at your disposal 24–7 if you require assistance working with the Web Control Panel or with any of the applications that we preinstall on your behalf on the dedicated server. Furthermore if you need assistance handling all the regular administration tasks on your dedicated server, you can take a glimpse at the Managed Servers package, which includes backup space, weekly Operating System updates, installation and problem troubleshooting services, server monitoring and rebooting services, etcetera.

Our Web Control Panel has been preinstalled for every dedicated server. Among its characteristics is a very convenient integrated knowledgebase that will guide you step by step on all the actions that you can carry out. Most instructional articles also video versions which show all the tasks that you can carry out in a very illustrative way.
